It skips over cancelled or refunded orders, improving your chances of receiving positive reviews. Plus, no more time spent manually requesting reviews for each order—Autron does it for you, saving you hours of manual effort!

⚙️ How to Enable Review Automation

  • Navigate to Reviews: From the left-hand menu, go to Reviews.
  • Turn it ON: After linking your Autron and Amazon accounts, toggle the slider to ON. This feature is off by default, so you’ll need to manually enable it.
  • For Multiple Marketplaces: Operating across multiple marketplaces? Select the marketplace from the dropdown near your avatar and enable Review Automation for each store.

Once enabled, Autron will automatically send review requests for all eligible orders, maximizing your chances of receiving valuable product feedback.
