It provides insights into key metrics like Product Page Views, Add to Carts, and Purchases, so you can quickly identify strengths and areas for improvement.

Even more, the Competitive Index scores your brand relative to others in your category, helping you understand exactly where you stand in terms of visibility, customer interest, and conversions.

  • Brand Metrics: Track product page views, add-to-cart actions, and purchases, giving you a full understanding of your brand’s performance.
  • Competitive Index: Compare your brand’s performance in the Awareness, Consideration, and Sales stages, with a normalized score that lets you know how you measure up.
  • Sponsored Brand Campaign Metrics: For those using Sponsored Brand ads, this section covers key advertising benchmarks such as Impressions, Click-Through Rate (CTR), ACOS, and ROAS, ensuring your ad spend is optimized.

To start, navigate to the Insights section in Autron and select Benchmarks. Here, you can filter your data by brand, category, or timeframe to focus on the most relevant metrics for your business. This makes it easy to drill down into specific trends and identify key opportunities to improve your brand’s performance.

⚠️ Important Considerations

Keep in mind that some data, such as Brand Metrics, might have a two-week delay, and the advertising benchmarks only apply to Sponsored Brand Campaigns for now. Make sure to focus on Brand Metrics for insights into organic performance, especially if you’re not running ads.
